Many of our build locations contain heritage-listed properties, old dwellings with fibrous materials, and vegetation protection overlays that may require additional care before building your new home.
While every project is unique, there are general things you can expect with Hudson Ridge Builders when you decide to purchase an existing dwelling requiring demolition.
• Consultation and quotation
• Obtain clearance permit and council approval
• Disconnecting all existing services on site
• Site preparation for demolition (knock-down)
• Material waste removal (asbestos, glass, timber, brick, green waste etc)
• Site cleaned, ready for rebuild.
