At your first consultation, we take the time to assess your land requirements to ensure we have a clear understanding of your lot size and site costs. From here, our specialist team help you design the perfect floor plan, suitable for your land and budget.

An initial payment for plan and document preparation is required to secure your build, and commence your pre-site journey.

2. Designing Your Home

Whether you're looking to build your first home or your custom dream, our in-house design team ensures that your unique floor plan is perfectly fit for the orientation of your block, to maximise natural light, ventilation and functionality. 

3. Interiors & Colour Selection

Upon completion of your individualised floor plan, our team guide you through the colour selection process, where you'll pick and choose your external and internal finishes, such as paint colours, materials and tile selections.

Our experienced construction team guarantee your home is in excellent hands. Hudson Ridge chooses to partner with leading industry suppliers for all quality materials and finishes, using local trades who are reliable, meticulous and deliver on time. Our commitment does not end after your build; we hand over your keys with a seven-year structural warranty.
