6+ Star Energy Rated Homes

Most states in Australia now require every new home to meet the minimum 6 Star Energy Rating. The Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) calculates every home through its design, construction, the materials used, location and the orientation of the build to measure the amount of artificial heating and cooling required to keep the inside of the home comfortable.

The higher the rating, the more energy-efficient your home.
